dshbase is an independent, community-maintained guide and plugin directory for DeepSeek Harness (DSH).

Who runs this site

dshbase is operated by youliqn, an independent developer who has been running DeepSeek Harness since its launch in August 2026. You can find the operator on GitHub at github.com/ylwl1997. This site is written and maintained by a human — every guide, test report, and plugin entry is based on actually installing and running the software, not scraped or auto-generated.

Why this site exists

DeepSeek Harness launched with almost no English documentation, and its "everything is a plugin" model is genuinely new. We built dshbase to fill that gap: accurate install instructions, a tested plugin directory, and honest comparisons — the resource we wished existed when we started.

Our relationship to DeepSeek

dshbase is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DeepSeek or its parent company. It is an independent community project. We do not speak for DeepSeek, and errors here are ours, not theirs. The official repository is github.com/deepseek-ai/deepseek-harness.

How we test plugins

Each plugin entry in our directory is tagged with a test status. "Verified" means we installed it in a clean profile and it booted; "Untested" means it is listed from its repository but we have not yet run it. Star counts are pulled from GitHub and shown as a popularity signal, not an endorsement.
