What it does
DSH plugin: fetch course/video captions (DeepLearning.AI, YouTube, Bilibili, Coursera), rebuild whole sentences, translate EN/ZH, auto-generate section headings, publish one Feishu doc per lesson. Also exports a course outline. Zero hardcoded keys - everything comes from env or the harness credential store.
