What it does
DSH 通知显示层插件：全局 toast 栈，订阅桌面壳 __dshExo 桥事件，点击经官方 sessions runtime 程序化激活会话；无壳时降级订阅 sessions store 自绘。可插拔通知显示层的 web 侧。
