What it does
Safe, seamless restart for DeepSeek Harness: the agent can restart the host itself and resume afterwards. Four gates (restart-loop breaker, other sessions mid-turn, unresolvable profile bundles, unavailable app.relaunch) refuse with a reason instead of forcing it.
