What it does
DSH 会话重命名插件：会话头部一个「重命名」按钮，手动触发时读取本会话内容、用当前模型起中文短标题并写回会话名。零运行时依赖，改名走官方 session-title 服务，含候选路由回退与同会话并发保护。
