What it does
dsh 插件：本地语音/视频转写——QQ/微信那种 SILK 语音先解码，再用 SenseVoice 转成文字，全程不花 API 钱（约 0.1 秒/条） · Local speech-to-text for dsh: SILK decoding + SenseVoice (sherpa-onnx int8), no API cost, ~0.1 s per clip.
